Dr. Vohra is found injured. Rhea is shattered, Inspector Kamkakar interrogates her about Dr. Vohra. Akash explains to his boss about time travel theory.

Dr. Manek has also been transferred. Rhea meets Dr. Vohra, he is behaving strangely. Rhea declines the request of a heart transplant patient.

Rhea attends Shaurya, the heart transplant patient. We establish their ideological conflicts. Rhea witnesses Suresh's death.

Karmakar interrogates Rhea for Suresh's murder. Rhea tells Akash and SS that Dr. Vohra and Manek are from the future. SS's ex-girlfriend kills SS, she belongs to the other team and has come from the future.

Akash steals Shaurya's manuscript. He realizes that Shaurya's words are so much like his own views. Akash talks through the portal with the man from the future.

SS tells Rhea the entire truth that consciousness from the future has taken over bodies of Dr. Vohra and Manek and even SS. SS dies. Rhea is about to tell the entire incident to Akash when the two are kidnapped.

Rhea's future consciousness comes to meet her. Rhea learns about the political status in future, how industrialist have replaced politicians and Shaurya is the one whose words ignited this shift.

Rhea manages to escape, she tells everything to Inspector Karmakar. Manek calls Rhea that Akash is with them and she can get him in exchange for Dr. Suman. The hospital IT guy learns that Akash has visited Shaurya.

Rhea learns that Akash is involved with Dr. Manek and Dr. Vohra. Rhea through portal sees her future self. Future Akash kills the future Rhea and tells present Akash that now it's your chance to sacrifice to save Shaurya.

Rhea realizes that she is the donor for Shaurya. Will Akash let Rhea be killed to save Shaurya?
