Everything started with the experimental so-called "Amazon Project" which aimed to grow artificial life forms into humanoids. Two years ago, an accident occurred inside the research facility and four thousand test subjects with a preference for human-derived protein were released into the city.

The extermination squad is overwhelmed by the number Amazons that turn up one after another. Jin reveals the truth about himself to Haruka and declares that all the Amazons must be hunted down. This is also meant as a warning to Haruka, who, himself, is an Amazon. Haruka's inner beast awakens.

Haruka, beginning to fear his inner beast, goes to his mother, Mizusawa Reika, to find out more about his true identity. He learns an unexpected truth about himself. In the meantime, the extermination squad rushes to the apartment building where the signal from the test subject is originating from.

In order to hold back the horde of test subjects, Haruka and the extermination squad are forced to barricade themselves in. Jin is led astray with false information The more Haruka fights, the more the Amazon within him awakens, to the point where it seems that no one will be able to stop him.

Haruka is ordered by Reika to return home. However, he is hesitant to return.Shido turns up together with the rest of the extermination squad... Fed up with waiting for Haruka to return, Mizuki decides to go to the Nozama Pharmaceutical Research Institute by herself. She gets into a taxi, however...

Haruka rushes to Mizuki's aid and starts fighting with the test subjects. However, he goes berzerk during the battle and loses all sense of reason. He fears he is losing control. He heads to Nozama Pharma tries to get the answers he needs from Jin, an Amazon just like him who is being held captive....

A body is found near the scrapyard. Since there appear to be similarities between it and a previously exterminated test subject, Haruka and the extermination squad head to the scene of the crime. However, what awaited them there was a sad fate and a cruel truth.

Haruka hesitates to exterminate the Shrike Amazon because it is a test subject. Haruka must overcome his half-hearted resolve in order to rise up to Jin and Shido's expectations. The time to be assertive has come, and now, everyone's sense of justice will be put to the test.

A few Amazons were living quietly in a secluded restaurant. Haruka is amazed to discover the reason for which the Amazons gathered together... Jin is called in by Yugo Tachibana. However, he does not expect to encounter the person he is about to meet there.

Nothing can withstand the overwhelming power of Amazon Sigma. Meanwhile, Reika Mizusawa is putting operation "TLALOC" into motion. The aim of this is to annihilate all Amazons. Divergences erupt within the extermination squad as Haruka tries to prevent the coming genocide...

Haruka is suffering from the mortal blow he received from Amazon Sigma. Tachibana, who is against wiping out all the Amazons with operation "TLALOC", springs into action. In the end, Haruka and Jin will face-off as mortal enemies in the vicinity of the TLALOC activation device.

Operation TLALOC has been initiated. Jin Takayama hunts the Amazons with the fierceness of one possessed. Mizuki heads towards Haruka's location. Haruka is unable to muster the same feeling towards all Amazons. During all of this confusion, a strange change occurs in Mamoru's physical condition...

A great many Amazons have been wiped out from the city. However, reports come in that some areas still harbour survivors. Although the extermination squad had disbanded, they will once again join forces in a hopeless struggle to ensure the survival of Haruka and Mamoru. A devastating ending awaits.

Stage show for Kamen Rider Amazons that was performed prior to the premiere of the second season. It is the conclusion of the events happened in the first season.

It's been five years since that fateful day... It seemed that operation Tlaloc had taken care of a large number of escaped Amazons. However, there appear to be unexpected developments. During an Amazon hunt of his own, Chihiro has a fateful encounter with Iyu, an Amazon-fighting girl.

Amazon. Those who do not have a place to call home.

Kurosaki's 4C squad and the returned Chihiro hunt Amazons together. Chihiro transforms for the first time in order to protect someone. His heart is hurting for Iyu, who fights without feeling any emotion or pain. It appears that Iyu has dazzled him...

Amazon. They are undesirables.

Chihiro and Iyu engage in a fierce battle. At that moment, Mizuki, who became a member of 4C, interferes. Meanwhile, the former extermination squad bands together once again under Shido. They all put themselves in motion to put an end to what happened five years ago.

Amazon. A fleeting escape.

Wanting to help Iyu learn to live like a human being again, Chihiro runs away from 4C with her. Shido and his squad head out to investigate the water source used for the water dispensers. There, they will meet once more with someone they did not expect to see.

Amazon. A dangerous relationship.

Mamoru, who turns up in front of Shido and his squad, bluntly presents them with the reality of being an Amazon, unable to live in peace. Mizuki, who was heading for a different water source, meets Haruka. Is Haruka, who disappeared alongside the Amazons, really an enemy of mankind?

Amazon. A lost day.

Chihiro wants to see Iyu's smile, so he begins looking for the things she used to enjoy before. The so-called "Original" is identified as the cause of everything. It seems to have served its purpose well...

Amazon. An endless torture.

Squad 4C takes extreme measures against Chihiro in order to find out more about his origin. In the meantime, Iyu heads towards the "fun place" that Chihiro told her about. There she encounters the one who wants to put an end to all Amazons.

Amazon. A hidden past.

Jin Takayama has lost his mind because of Tlaloc, but he's just as obsessed with killing every single Amazon. After his wounds heal and he regains consciousness, he takes notice Nanaha, who had always been at his side. The beginning of the tragedy is unobtrusively put into motion.

Amazon. The beginning of despair.

Chihiro, confronted with the reality of being "the Original", decides to sacrifice himself to save Iyu, who had been taken hostage. Haruka and Shido encounter a mysterious Amazon in a place which they considered to be Mamoru's hideout.

Amazon. Undirected rage.

By Kurosaki's order, Iyu is able to once again start hunting Chihiro. While on the run, Chihiro becomes incapable of suppressing his Amazon instincts. Those around him are no longer moved by the youngster's desire to live.

Amazon. A reality that can no longer be fixed.

Chihiro is no longer only targeted by 4C, but by Jin as well. Unwilling to submit to his fate, Chihiro fights with Haruka.

Amazon. A painful world.

Thinking about Chihiro finally begins moving Iyu's heart. However, the harsh pain she will have to endure once she comes back to reality will be unbearable... In the meantime, Jin and the extermination squad also have various painful experiences heading their way.

Amazon. The end of everything.

Haruka submits to Mizuki's judgement. Jin confronts Nanaha on his own. The extermination squad faces off with Mamoru… They all must fight in order to tie the loose ends in these stories. Chihiro and Iyu struggle to keep hold of their humanity in their little remaining time.
