I've changed my email a few times and each time I can receive the verification email from tmdb, but each time I export the csv I don't get any email. I'm using gmail and the website is in Chinese, what's wrong with this?

Hey @冷面, this is erroring on our end because of the non latin characters in your username. I've created a ticket for this here, and will see about getting to it in the near future.
