The Movie Database Support

Hi TMDB Mods, I've a question. I noticed that the streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ marks movies as TV ratings instead of Movie ratings. So, if a movie releases worldwide exclusively on these streaming services without even releasing on theatres, then should I add movie ratings of those titles on TMDB?

Example: For this title Netflix market it as TV-MA in US, but in TMDB the only movie ratings are available of this title because it's a Netflix Original Film. So, should I choose "R" as certification or keep it blank? Because R (Movie) = TV-MA (TV Shows). I'm asking before adding because it's not written officially as "R" rated movies on Netflix.

Hi! Until TV ratings are supported for in the movie section, you can either use an equivalent (when possible) or leave the field blank. The main guidelines for most fields are covered in the Contribution Bible.
