I've been trying during two seasons now registering the seasons episodes' air dates. Once I hit save, the date disappears. It blanks out and stays blank. What's happening??

The show I've been trying to update is a brazilian show called "Greg News with Gregorio Duvivier".

Can you give us an example? Which date would you enter for this episode and how would you enter it?

In general, that means that the date format is wrong. The format that you need to use to enter the date depend on the language you have chosen in your profile.

@banana_girl There's a button to select the date on a calendar. I use it. Even after @superboy97 mentioned about the format, I've used the format DD/MM/YYYY, as is the usual in Brazil. Tried DD-MM-YYYY too, but neither one was saved.
Once I hit "Save", it does show a green card message on the top right corner that says "Sucesso Suas edições foram salvas com sucesso." (translation: "Sucess Your editing was successfully saved."). Yet, once I go to the next episode or any other page and come back to it, all the info I've entered to the registry is there, except the air date.
STEPS: 1- Enter all the info 2- Select the air date on the calendar button next to the blank entry. Or type on format DD/MM/YYYY or DD-MM-YYYY or MM/DD-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY. 3- The date shows on the entry. 4- I hit "Save" and the green message box for "Success" appears on the top right corner. 5- Go to the next episode 6- Come back to the first one. 7- Only the air date is missing.
PS: If it's of any use, the air date of this first episode I'm trying to register is April 9, 2021 (09/04/2021 in Brazilian format).

Have you just tried again? There might be an issue with your browser or account. Both 09/04/2021 and the calendar worked for me with my account set to Brazil/PT-BR.

I can't. Mods are data contributors that were promoted and we basically just help clean the database. Someone from the staff should eventually look at your post.

Can you tell us what operating system you are using ?
Windows, OSx, Linux, Android etc...
And what browser are you using ?
Firefox, Chrome, etc...
Have you tried to do this operation using another computer?

I've just tried creating a new account with another email. Even after I've validated the account, the problem persisted. The air date keeps on disappearing.

Noticed just now that the same thing happens when I try to add the TVDB ID link. The same doesn't happen with the IMDB ID links. So, I was able to register the IMDB links to the show, but not the TVDB ones.

This is not links that should be entered, but only the ID value.

What language/country is your OS using?
