Episode backdrop resolution

The minimum resolution for episode backdrops is apparently 1280x720 For a show I was editing I figured I'd add the official episode images from the official website, but found they are 1000x563 after cropping
Would this still be acceptable, or are (clean) episode screenshots preferred in this case? I'm pretty sure the lower resolution images would be of better quality Show in question: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/155169 Official images from the website: https://www.asahi.co.jp/harekon/story/

As it says in the contribution bible, the minimum resolution for episodic backdrops is 400x225px. The criteria you see when clicking the plus sign refer to movie/tv show backdrops. But, because the backdrop window popup you see is used universally throughout the website, you see it in episodic uploads as well.
So, feel free to upload the official images.

Okay, thanks for the help! I kinda assumed the contribution bible was not updated because the popup was so in my face, glad to hear that was not the case! I'll be adding the official images then :)
