Does this film festival qualify for an amatuer film to be added to the database?

Hello, my friend has made a short film for a festival and I thought it'd be a cool surprise to put it on TMDB for him. However, after reading rules for submitting amateur films, I am mixed on whether the festival would qualify. The festival page is linked below. It has notable judges and is definitely not a regional/small town festival... so I'm leaning to it being a legitimate festival but I wouldn't want to add a film only for it to be deleted.

Hi, since it's a new festival it's hard to know for sure, but my guess is that if your friend is one of the 12 official selections, it should be fine. But let's wait for one more opinion. Do you know if your friend's movie was indeed one of the 12?

Hi. It is early so they have not yet made the selection for the 12 films. I'll update when all of that stuff starts to come together. Thank you for the response!
