The Movie Database Support

It was brought to my attention that some of my edits had date issues. This was my response:

Thanks for letting me know and with my memory it helps. I did have a question to ask in regards to an issue I've been running into. Here is an example. The latest episode that aired on Friday February 1, 2019 for Hawaii Five-0. When I clicked the air date as 2-1-2019 and hit enter it auto changed the date to 2-2-2019. When I try to go back in and correct it the date area is greyed out and I am not allowed to change it. I am allowed to edit the synopsis ok, just not the date. Am I missing a step? Second question, lately over the past couple of weeks when I go to put in a episode info, the date that comes up is always 2 or more days prior to the actual air date listed. If memory serves when I did an edit say a month ago on a new episode it always came up with the same date as the edit in question. Which confuses me now as to why it now shows up in the edit as several days before it airs, and when you correct the date it auto corrects it to the following day. Any advise would be welcome.>

The response was that I should bring this to website support to see if something needs to be addressed even though this has not occurred with Elizabeth Jennings. So here we are and I await to see if this is just an issue at my end of things.

Hi, tater.

For what it may be worth, a few times I've experienced a perhaps similar or related issue: The accurate episode broadcast date gets added and shows properly in one view, but presents, inexplicably, as one day earlier in a different view. Each such instance I've experienced involved a season premiere date, that shows up correctly on the entry for the specific episode, but shows one day early on the results screen when you select, via the series' Overview page, "View All Seasons" for the series.

Fortunately, it's been only a rare thing, that seems to just be a fluke that occurs sometime.
