Any idea why I've never been able to add a runtime to a show or movie that is missing that info? Vivaldi is my primary browser but I've tried with Opera, Chrome and Firefox as well and the result is always the same: a dialog box appear asking if I'm sure I want to add it, I click OK, and the page comes back into focus and nothing has changed. I've cleared the cache and cookies in each browser and still no dice. Any insights on what may be going on would be most appreciated and I'm happy to provide any additional information to help in debugging. The fact that I'm running Kubuntu Linux wouldn't be the cause, would it?

The runtime tool is a bit odd, it’s a limitation of some of the components I use.
Here’s a video showing how to use it. Does that help explain it? Or are you having a different issue?

hangs head in shame Oh Lordy, do I ever feel like the doofus of the century. That clears it up perfectly; I can't believe that I never once thought to try that method of operation.
Thanks for providing such a gracious explanation and I hope the new year is already off to an auspicious start for you.

Ya, it's not very intuitive. I fully acknowledge that. Hopefully the components I use introduce a better way to add new data to the multiselects sometime. As soon as they do I'd love to improve it.
