The Movie Database Support

I'm trying to find a list of movies of the 20 top grossing science fiction movies from the United States for each year from 1990 to 2018 categorized by popularity.

I use this to initially extract my data of movies: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?with_genres=878&sort_by=popularity.desc /550?api_key=(mykey)

but i am getting this error - {"page":1,"total_results":0,"total_pages":1,"results":[]}

could someone please explain why and what to change?

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?api_key=[MY_KEY]&language=en-US&sort_by=popularity.desc&include_adult=true&include_video=true&page=1&with_genres=878
