TV Search via imdb id

Hi,

I don't get any response on TV search if i search tv series by there imdb id.

But i get movie details if i search via there imdb id?

Can you fix the tv part also with imdb id based search

Hi @sambhu,

The only supported way to search by an external ID is with the /find method. You'll have to use that.

Can you guys add that, this will help.

And also i see some tvseries and movie that exist in imdb and theomdbapi does not exist in your platform.

I'm not sure if I follow. This already works. Take for example, tt1520211, the IMDb for The Walking Dead, you can do a query to find it with /find:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/find/tt1520211?api_key=###&external_source=imdb_id

And also i see some tvseries and movie that exist in imdb and theomdbapi does not exist in your platform.
