Ya, this is because thriller isn't a TV genre.

The reason it's showing up on some TV shows is because of a bug that existed way back in like 2015, that allowed the movie genres to be added to a TV show. Thriller won't be the only one that has this problem.

I need to find some time one day soon to remove these movie genres and replace them with their proper TV equivalents.

I really appreciate this forum and that past questions are easily found. Currently, I am facing the same issue with my product. Thriller and romance are returning practically no results for TV series. I understand from this thread that the reason is because TMDB does not have these as TV genres. Is this still the case today or is there anything in the works to create these genres for TV Shows? Thriller (You, Dark, Breaking Bad, etc.) or Romance (Modern Love, Normal People, etc.) seems to be used elsewhere and we've had a few users point out the lack of results in these genres, so I wanted to check in regarding this.
