Can be "Episode Groups" used in plex scraping?

I have a big problem with Dragon Ball, the main episode list that appears in MovieDB does not correspond to the wikipedia list in English or Spanish. The number of episodes per season is also not correct.
So I thought about creating a new group of episodes, but I do not see how to force plex to use this one.

Episode groups are fairly new and don't yet have API support. This is planned though, so yes, at some point in the near future it will be possible.

episode_groups are now supporte in API (https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/tv-episode-groups) - it needs to be implemented into plex now
