Unexpected result from "with_people" query

Hi, I'm trying to understand how "with_people" parameter works because the result from server doesn't match the expected behavior. For example:
returns 27 results but I don't think Alfred Hitchcock and Timothée Chalamet have ever appeared in a movie tegether.
Also, is there a limit to the number of id passed in this parameter?
