Hi @weboperies,
I am unable to provide support for third party apps & plugins. I suggest you contact the developer for support. It's possible the plugin is using an unsupported image size but I have no way of knowing that. What's a URL of one of those broken images?
Hope that helps.

It seems not to be a local problem, it's a problem of TMDb. Have a look to the other equal threads with reports. P.S.: At me is same problem existing, too.

This is a problem here for me too.
I don't know if themoviedb is to blame, but recently the plugin to Plex haven't been showing the pictures of the actors. And today it wouldn't load the poster for a movie I added to my library.
It's very annoying...

when open this link https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w150/k7cS0S3V5nTEHXb0d9SPbc0yCTj.jpg
Image size not supported
I also realized that content is not updated automatically either, I must upload manually.

So yes, that plugin is using a non-supported image size. They will have to update the plugin to use one of the officially supported sizes as outlined in the configuration.

You need to take an image path and build a full working URL based on the information in this document.
https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w500/laMM4lpQSh5z6KIBPwWogkjzBVQ.jpg
For example.

..And it just began again. I haven't changed anything, and it have been working steadily now for months and months, but now - When updating the metadata for something, all the actors pictures disappear. Here is an example from a movie called "Det GrΓ₯ Guld" (The Grey Gold) Example
I did check if the uploaded pictures with the actors/actresses were in a "wrong" resolution, but that ain't the case.
I got Plex Version 1.14.0.5470 if that helps...

Lucky for us.
As you have checked and it is not a problem to ask for a wrong resolution, please, inform the Request that is being made here.
This way we can find out more quickly what the problem is.
Unfortunately it does not help much.
TMDb does not know what modifications are made to each version of Plex.
Probably in the Plex Forum someone has already opened this item.
Maybe they'll know how to solve it.

Since we're talking about Plex and images I thought I might open this thread again...
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/366703-rush-r40-live?language=en-US
I have added a Poster - and updated/added profile images for the band (and Ben Mink), but nothing ever arrives at Plex - 3 days now, so I don't expect them to show up. I have re-added this item many times in Plex (with a Clean Bundles to start new each time), but nothing changes as far as images.
If this is a Plex issue - I will bring it up on the Plex Forum. I would like to confirm I've done everything right on my end for TMDB.

Hi @JuiceWSA, yes, everything is fine on our end. I would indeed suggest asking Plex about their implementation. It seems to me there can be multiple layers of cache between their infrastructure and your client, but I am not familiar enough to answer those questions.

I will raise an issue with Plex referring both to the concert with missing images and your reply here.
thanks
