Runtime and Production Countries in Discover

Hi Travis,
That would be amazing if the "runtime" and the "production_countries" were included in the Discover endpoint response! That would save an API request.
I hope you'd consider this mini upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure about either of these fields, I'll have to think about it. For now though, I don't have any immediate plans to add new fields.
