The Movie Database Support

On Simpsons tv series, id 456, there's only one. In his results a "gender" field is getting appended.

On Game of Thrones tv series, id 1399, there are 2. In their results gender field is missing.

Also missing field from TvSeason, TvEpisode external_ids, id. Is documented but not appended.

Re: genders, I've created the relevant ticket here.

Re: external_ids id field when being appended, I believe that is by design since it's already part of the response as a top level field.
