A drunken Halloween night sends a suburbanite on a collision course with two hired guns.

Lucía and her son live isolated from society in a flat place where there’s practically no life. The small family unit formed by mother and son hardly ever receives visitors, and their goal is to lead a quiet existence. At first they succeed, but the appearance of a mysterious, violent creature that starts stalking their small house will put the relationship that unites them to the test.

Wasteland is set in a world ravaged by a deadly virus and within that world is Scott Miller, a man who, against the odds, is trying to carve out some sort of life. The deadly infection that has ravaged the globe has almost totally wiped out the human race and Scott must spend his days finding water, food etc. Whilst trying to find uninfected people by radio, he must also avoid the many dangers that lurk in the outside world, while he waits for the return of the love of his life, Beth.

A remote brick manufacture factory produces bricks in an ancient way. Many families with different ethnicities work in the factory and the boss seems to hold the key to solving their problems. Forty-year-old Lotfollah, who has been born on-site, is the factory supervisor and acts as go-between for the workers and the boss. Boss has Lotfollah gather all the workers in front of his office. He wants to talk to them about the shutdown of the factory. All matters now to Lotfollah is to keep Sarvar unharmed, the woman he has been in love with for a long time.

A group of burglars in black tights breaks into a church to commit robbery and commits outrages upon the pastor's young daughter. After some time, Detective Harada and his squad rush/came back to the church they robbed earlier. In the duty station, the police chief informs Harada that his ex-colleague, Nakamura, has escaped from a mental hospital where he had been hospitalized for insanity. Harada and his partner, Kato, are assigned to pursue Nakamura on the run. If Nakamura's insanity turns out to be false, the cop buddies must terminate him and masquerade it as self-defense.

Wasteland is a reflection on a reality far from the big cities – the everyday life of a few young people from Värmland, a province in Sweden. What does rural life mean to them? What is their passion? This is a glimpse into the life of a group of young adults and their lifestyle choices. A film that can also be seen as a political, non-ideological contribution to the debate on city versus countryside.

Harvesting the Wasteland focuses on social relations and portrays the complicated relationship between a mother-in-law and a daughter-in-law at a remote farm in Norway, documented over four years.

Les Terrains Vagues offers a window onto a time-stretched space, from which emanate the voices of five individuals. Revolving around their internal dialogues, the film takes the form of a broad conversation about the models and preconceived ideas that impact the way they experience their sexuality.

An homage to playtime, Adult Wasteland is shot at Valnesfjord elementary school in Fauske municipality, commissioned by the public art project Noerart. The film is shot in time-lapse, featuring music from the band Cold Mailman from Bodø.
