The story follows the coming of age and Shinki battles of Tsubasa, a boy who dreams of becoming a Shinki Master, and his Shinki partner Arnval Mk. 2.

Ed and his friends have a night out. While they are out his cartoon creations come to life causing mayhem.

We find our old friend Jerry sitting on a cushion taking mail from a mail sack, reading it then throwing it into a wastepaper basket. He laughs as he does so. We see one of the cards he opens which reads: "Sweetest Jerry. I feel I must write and tell you what a wonderful film actor you are. P.T.O."

On the rearview mirror is the face of a man driving a car. He is babbling on to himself about something. In fact, he just left home after a quarrel with his wife. He returns home with a view to revenging on his wife, but she is nowhere to be seen. In a little while, his childhood friend Dacao pays a visit. This short film < Kamemushi > by director Tominaga Masanori became famous after its release in cinemas in Japan, which is very rare for a short film. The mind of the deluded main character is well portrayed through the exquisite combination of image and sound.

A story about the life of a twenty dollar bill as it weaves in and out of the various lives of several people.
