MUSIC OF THE BIG CITY is an exciting film about the life and trials of a young musician Nurlan. Originally from a cozy village, he decides to try his luck on the world stage of a music competition. Along the way, he faces fierce competition, his fears and disappointments.

The authors of the project set an ambitious task - to record samples from the sounds of Moscow and create the music of the city on this basis. This film is a vivid portrait of Moscow and a kind of documentary musical, woven from the sounds, words and emotions of musicians and composers. The film was attended by 20 artists and musical groups of various genres and directions.

Flamenco dancer Maria Pagis returns, as do the Riverdance Singers (formerly known as Anuna) with soloist Katie McMahon and the orchestra with fiery fiddler Eileen Ivers.
