Dr. Génessier, along with accomplice and laboratory assistant Louise, kidnaps young women and brings them to the Génessier mansion. After rendering his victims unconscious, Dr. Génessier removes their faces and attempts to graft them on to Christiane's.

Agoraphobic young man Henry, living with a Youtuber and struggling actor Eric, hacks the webcams of young women, and suspects that one of them is a serial killer.

In this installment of the Eye Witness series of short documentary films, two stories, "Classroom on Rails" and "Disabled Civilians' Workshop", are told. In the former, teacher Cameron Bell and his family live on a rail car during the school year, the car which also acts as his moving classroom. Serving six forested regions north of Lake Superior, the moving classroom spends one week of every six at each stop in supporting the Canadian law that affords every child a free elementary education, with Mr. Bell teaching students standard curriculum up to grade 12. Each stop covers a vast region, meaning that students and their families, for the week the train is at their stop, often will have to camp alongside the train, even in the dead of winter. In the latter, the title workshop is a for-profit business in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan that solely employs people with physical disabilities.

We see the production and handling of radioactive isotopes destined for medical and agricultural research. Then we visit South Africa for a report on the Canadian trade mission while surveying the industrialization that's taken place and affected the Commonwealth nation.

Roy Baxter is concerned for his daughter Christina's safety. She's working as a doctor among the Masai in Kenya. Poaching gangs are slaughtering protected species, then raiding Masai villages and forcing them to help carry their ill-gotten gains across the border. Roy flies to Kenya to convince her to leave and becomes a suspect for murder when the village is raided and he tries to help a UN doctor shot by the raiders. The only witness is a young Masai boy, who is reluctant to come forward because of possible retribution against his tribe.

The film presents an eye-witness account of training activities of the Royal Canadian 27th Infantry Brigade stationed at Hanover--Canada's forceful contribution to NATO ground forces for the defense of Western Europe. A sight-seeing tour of German countryside, an intense mock ground attack, and a military parade on Hanover's public square are the main features. Everywhere in the background is the mute eloquence of the last defeated aggression.
