Als Paul im Winter des Jahres 1965 seinen Militärdienst beendet hat und zurück nach Paris kommt, lernt er dort Madeleine kennen, mit der er auch schnell, nachdem er sein Zimmer verloren hat, zusammenzieht. Madeleine lebt zusammen mit ihren Freundinnen Catherine und Elisabeth in einer Wohngemeinschaft, und auch Catherine hat ein Auge auf Paul geworfen.

Zwei Anwälte und Aktivisten für Arbeitnehmerrechte , Daniel Kovalik der United Steel Workers of America und Terry Collingsworth der International Rights Advocates und ihre Partner Ray Rogers Corporate-Kampagne sind davon überzeugt, dass US Unternehmen für ihre schäbigen Praktiken zur Verantwortung gezogen werden sollen. In ihrem Kampf gegen diese Unternehmen greifen sie auf ein Gesetz aus dem Ursprung der amerikanischen Verfassung zurück - The Alien Tort Claims Act - welche Ausländer ermöglicht, Klage in den USA gegen Amerikaner die gegen internationale Gesetze verstoßen, zu erheben. Der Film erzählt die Geschichte von ihrem Kampf gegen eine von Amerikas größten Unternehmen, der Coca-Cola Company.

470 Millionen Plastikflaschen werden jährlich produziert. Ein Viertel davon stammt vom weltgrößten Hersteller von Erfrischungsgetränken, Coca Cola. In den 1950er-Jahren wurde Coca-Cola ausschliesslich in Glasflaschen verkauft, die das Unternehmen sammelte, wusch und wieder befüllte. Doch dann begann Coca-Cola, Mehrwegflaschen durch Einmal-Plastikflaschen zu ersetzen – ein Trend, der bis heute anhält. Angesichts wachsender Kritik an den Einwegflaschen startete Coca Cola im Jahre 2018 eine ehrgeizige Kampagne, mit dem Ziel, Plastikmüll zu verringern. Demnach sollen Verpackungen zu 100% recyclebar gemacht werden und und bis 2030 für jede verkaufte Flasche oder Dose eine zurückgenommen und recycelt werden. Die Doku geht der Frage nach, ob und wie sich Coca Cola an den Plan gehalten hat. Kann der Getränkekonzern bei der Bewältigung des Müllproblems wirklich eine Trendwende herbeiführen?

Although completely mimed, the bands energy is absolutely electrifying as the storm through their set list in front of a studio audience of screaming teenagers complete with go-go dancers and pop idol Billy Thorpe to compère. Special guests of the program included Janice Slater performing her then current release ‘We’re Doin’ Fine’ with it’s flip side ‘If You Don’t Think’ and Tony Worsley with ‘Raining in My Heart’ and ‘Knocking On Wood’ (released that month on Sunshine).
