The movie is about a former fashion model who turns to professional photography. She is wooed by twins who eventually become her lovers, though she believes that she is only dating one man. Upon discovering that her lover is actually two different men, she develops emotional and psychological problems.

Jose Dela Cruz (Jess Lapid Jr.) goes to Manila to avenge his family who died in the hands of Paterno (Paquito Diaz) and his men. One by one, Jose kills his enemies, believing that justice can only be served through death, to ease the pain, anger, and emptiness that he feels inside.
