Joshua, an 80-year old Holocaust survivor, discovers one morning, that a cellular antenna was installed on the roof of his house. It turned out that his neighbor has rented his part of the rooftop to a cellular company. Joshua feels a terrible injustice was done. He starts believing that all his diseases and pains are caused by the antenna's radiation. Joshua obsessively starts feeling the radiation everywhere and develops a persecution disorder which risks his life. He goes to war against his neighbor. His wife Sarah, and his 3 adult sons are dragged unwillingly into this vortex. The crisis reveals the personal problems of each of his sons, and they are forced to deal with their father's dark shadow.

We are on the film set of Declan Clarke’s latest opus, What are the wild waves saying? (FID 2022). To concentrate on the sound takes of an almost silent film : here is an economy of attention, of caring for details. Serge Garcia shows us a string of sequences of flourishing activity, culminating in collective silence and careful listening. ANTENNA TO GOD is a shot-on-video psycho-drama/mystery/comedy concerning a young hotshot journalist who gets involved with a strange local chiropractor, while researching her next piece. As her personality begins to shift more and more in resemblance to a deceased night club singer, her editor tries to unravel the real story behind the cracks. As he probes various characters associated within the fragmented story he finds himself pulled ever deeper into a thickening narrative stew that may overtake him completely.
