Kapa, Pepe and Mesi would like to buy a scrapyard of trains, to start a nostalgia train and earn a lot of money. The capital to start with they want to get from grandpa, who has come home from America with a suitcase full of money. Everybody wants Mesi to approach the old man, because she is the only one he would speak to. But Mesi is more concerned with the idea that she wants a child, by now from anyone, while Pepe is jealous. Kapa’s alleged son emerges, with the mafia behind him: they, too, are eager to get grandpa’s money. After threats and blackmailing, poisoned apples are sent, with only one side of them poisonous. Those dead, by the way, are resurrected by the sound of a song. At last, nobody manages to get the money, but it wouldn’t make sense anyway: it’s all fake. The Statue of Liberty, however, turns out to be blind.

Ghanshyam (Mithun Chakraborty) lives in a small coastal town of Raipur, where he makes a living as a fisherman. He sells his sells his catch to a man named Mahesh Manna who gives him half the price which he has to bear as there is no other buyer in the village. Mahesh is greedy, lecherous, and crooked and has been swindling money from Ghanshyam. In the midst of sorrows, a sweet romance blossoms between Ghanshyam and the village beauty, Kadam(Rozina). But Mahesh cannot stand their love as he wants to make Kadam his own. He tries his best to impress Kadam but Kadam pays no heed as she is lost in the love of Ghanshyam. A jealous Mahesh takes a vow to finish Ghanshyam and plots a lethal plan to do so. Can Ghanshyam escape the odds stacked against him?

A man lives in a rented room with tree branches by his window. He fears that birds and snakes may enter in his room through the window, but would like the squirrels to visit him. In a story narrated within ruins, a man wants to erase the name of his wife, which is tattooed on her own forearm, and in his anxiety to erase it, he even considers going so far as to cut off the arm of his wife; but his friend has better suggestions. In the dark suburbs, a woman sleeping under a glowering bulb is forcefully hired off to a young man waiting for his friend. While the young man wants to know her story, she only wishes to sleep.
