Biography
Dan Vonhoff is an Australia based professional photographer and filmmaker.
After completing his diploma in Photography in 2010, Dan was runner up for the AIPP (Australian Institute of Photography) Student Portfolio awards in which gained enough attention to be invited to be the opening guest speaker at the 2011 AIPP Hair of the Dog conference.
Officially starting his career in 2011, he spent the next decade cutting his teeth as a full-time wedding photographer, travelling both interstate and internationally for work. Dan has been named among the best wedding photographers in the region multiple times by both local publications and venues. He scored 2 silver awards in the 2017 QLD AIPP awards in the landscape category.
Using his extensive skills and experience as a professional photographer, Dan dived headfirst into filmmaking in 2019 with ‘Cadence’ as Director of Photography.
