I’m really shocked how many times they ignored her well-deserved nominations. My list is this:

1. Crazy For You (from “Vision Quest” 1985) – usually claimed as one of the greatest LOVE songs

2. Live to Tell (from “At Close Range” 1986) – brilliant movie with no less brilliant soundtrack

3. Who’s That Girl or The Look of Love (from “Who’s That Girl” 1987)

4. This Used to Be My Playground (from “A League of Their Own” 1992) – this one is my biggest complaint! The song is a masterpiece

5. I’ll Remember (from “With Honors” 1994) – another beautiful song

6. Time Stood Still (from “The Next Best Thing” 2000) – criminally underrated and overlooked track

7. Masterpiece (from “W.E.” 2011)
