Vaslav J. Rice was born on September 2, 1968 in Miami, Florida. He is a writer, producer and actor for the 'Over the Top' Romantic Comedy film project (pre-production) "Scraps". Vaslav is also an actor as Detective Coleman for the short film "Eagle's Eclipse" (in post production). He lived in Miami, Florida for 12 years before moving to Cincinnati, Ohio. Vaslav has written other screenplays including "The Deserters" (Western), "The Double Life" (Crime Drama", "Every Day But Monday" (Romantic Comedy Drama), "Just Jim" (Comedy Drama) and "Kravitzs' Last" (Melodrama). He is also a member of the Cincinnati Actors Studio.
