Jacky Chan (stage name:"Sing Lung" 成龙)is a man of many talents: martial arts expert, stunt man, actor, choreographer, director, producer, singer (e.g. "Asian Pop Gold").

Worldwide recognized, his career spans over five decades, he has acted in and produced over a hundred movies.

In Hollywood he may be known for his action comedy movies, like "Rumble in the Bronx (1995)", the "Rush Hour" movies, "Shanghai Noon (2000)", "The Myth (2005)" and the remake "The Karate Kid (2010)".

However in Hong Kong and throughout the rest of Asia he is famous for much more, from stunt man in the Bruce Lee martial arts movies "Fist of Fury (1972)" and "Enter the Dragon (1973)" to actor in the "Drunken Master (1978)", and choreographer, director and producer of many Asian movies.

Always trying to improve himself he has played roles in different genres, from the crime "Police Story" movies to the romantic comedy "Gorgeous (玻璃樽)(1999)" and drama "Shinjuku Incident (新宿事件)(2009)".
In 2008 he and Jet Li, another famous martial arts star, appeared together in the fantasy movie "The Forbidden Kingdom (2008)"

In 2016, at the 8th Annual Governors Awards ceremony, Jackie Chan was awarded an Honorary Oscar for his extraordinary achievements in the film industry. Tom Hanks, Chris Tucker and Michelle Yeoh were there and each held a speech to congratulate him.

Doing his own stunts, using anything as a tool to fight with and always feeling the rhythm of the fight, while acting as the bumbling clown, makes each fight scene a joy to watch. He is the emperor of martial arts action comedy.
