Now I'm conflicted She definitely had a niche market and appeal that would have kept a loyal fanbase ala Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, Maxwell, India. Arie etc but if Kanye can wear a MAGA hat and visit the WH and still maintain a career how could this WOMAN who never even met nor voted for Trump and just performed at his inauguration have her career decimated ?

It's about how much fans you have, when your fanbase is nearly inexistent, your carreer is over; When you have a big fanbase, you can survive blacklash. If Beyoncé or Rihanna did it, they would get away easily. Hell look at Gaga, she survived R Kelly while K Michelle was absolutely destroyed.

I am sure they shot the whole thing and I wouldn't be surprised if the director made a special director's cut for himself to enjoy.
