It was a Gunsmoke blooper. She guested in a '61 ep. A man gets shot in front of her and she forgets her line and laughs at her own real human folly. This blooper has been shown very much over the years in videotape and elsewhere.

At YT go to "CBS Outtakes and Bloopers" and this pretty lady's blooper is around 5:33!
