Amanda Lynn Swafford (born October 30, 1978) is an actress, writer, and model.

She got her start on Cycle 3 of America's Next Top Model, where she came in third.

After the show, Amanda modeled in Moscow and Prague. She worked for Levi's in an ad campaign with other visually impaired models. In 2005, Swafford announced plans to write a multi-sensory book for children. Amanda has appeared on the covers of Bliss for Bride Magazine and Access Magazine, and has modeled for Felt It! Stitch It! Fabulous! and WEBS.

Her son, Eli O'Connell, is now working as a model. He is signed to Mollie Sue Steenis's modeling agency, Gondi Group.
