It also aired in Bosnia and Hecegovina on "Program Plus", in Slovenia on POP TV and in Serbia on TV B92.

Survivor Croatia is a Croatian reality game show based on the international Survivor format. Following the premise of other versions of the Survivor format, the show features a group of contestants, referred to as "castaways" as they are marooned in an isolated location. The castaways must provide food, water, fire, and shelter for themselves. The contestants compete in various challenges for rewards and immunity from elimination. The contestants are progressively eliminated from the game as they are voted off the island by their fellow castaways. The final castaway remaining is awarded the title of "Sole Survivor" and the grand prize.

The series first aired on HRT 2 in 2005. It was cancelled the same year. In 2012, the fourth season of Survivor Srbija was broadcast on the Croatian channel RTL Televizija and serves as the second Croatian season of Survivor. The third, fourth and fifth season, a pan-regional seasons, aired in 2022, 2023 and 2024 respectively on Nova TV in Croatia.

"Pod sretnom zvijezdom" is a Croatian telenovela written by Diana Pečkaj Vuković. Main director is Branko Ivanda, while the other directors include Daniel Kušan, Mladen Dizdar, Aldo Tardozzi and Tomislav Rukavina. Telenovela started filming February 6, 2011. "PSZ" has started broadcasting on March 14, 2011 on Nova TV at 6 pm.

Nad lipom 35 is a Croatian comedy television show, that is airing on Nova TV. The author of the show is Stevo Cvikić. The series started broadcasting in 2006.

It has featured stars such as Lana Jurčević and Novi fosili performing at the fictional sports bar.

Supertalent is a Croatian licensed version of the British popular talent show Got Talent whose authors are Simon Cowell and Ken Warwick.

Supertalent has five big auditions in the Croatian cities of Split, Rijeka, Zadar, Zagreb, and Osijek. After the auditions there is a semi final and a final show where the public choose one winner. The main prize is 200,000 Croatian kunas. As well as the audience the big part in choosing the candidates is a jury. Member of Croatian jury are: Nina Badrić, Enis Bešlagić and Dubravko Merlić. The presenters of show are Rene Bitorajac and Igor Mešin. First season aired from 25 September – 18 December 2009. The second season started on September 2010.

Hrvatski Idol is the Croatian version of Pop Idol. There have been two seasons of Hrvatski Idol. The first one was won by Žanamari Lalić, who received 54% of the vote in the finale night. Patrick Jurdić won the second season, with 50.22% of the vote in the finale, since the number of received phonecalls was only 2.296 votes, Jurdić won with not more than 10 votes over runner-up Lidija Bačić. Both winners did try out on other countries similar casting shows before: Lalić in Germany and Jurdić in both his homecountry Austria and the Czech Republic. However, both failed to achieve some success on their first tries and were eliminated pretty early in the competition.

Although season one being successful with viewers, the sophomore series failed to continue this success and a third season was delayed and after an absence of four years the show returned to Croatian screens under the new name Hrvatska traži zvijezdu on RTL Televizija.

Showtime is a Croatian show similar to Pop Idol. The show started in the fall of summer 2007 when auditions were held in Osijek, Rijeka, Split and Zagreb. Out of more than 1000 auditioners, 200 made it through to the next round, in which the judges picked the Top 22. All of the semi-finalists were called to Zagreb for the Piano Round, in which the judges decided on the Top 16 - 8 male and 8 female contestants. The format in the finals was as following: All of the contestants would perform, the judges would give their marks to each contestant and then the judges' marks would combine with public vote giving two contestants who pulled in the lowest overall score and who had to leave the competition. This format was used all the way to Top 6, when only contestant left the show. The following week, Top 5, one more contestant left the show, leaving 4 finalists who competed in the 4-way Finale. 16-year-old Franka Batelić won the competition.

MasterChef Croatia is a Croatian competitive reality television cooking show based on the original British version of MasterChef. The first episode aired on 21 March 2011 on Nova TV. Host of the first season of Croatian MasterChef is Jasna Nanut.
