Overblik

Carrie er event-planner og har altid meget, meget travlt. Under en snestorm kører hun ikke forsigtigt nok, og ender i en ulykke. Da hun genvinder sin bevidsthed, møder hun en gammel mand, Henry, der fortæller hende, at hun er død, og at han er hendes åndelige vejleder. Han skal hjælp hende med at kommer over på ‘den anden side’. Men inden hun kan det – og få sine englevinger- skal hun klare en sidste opgave på Jorden. Hun skal hjælp den selvmordstruede restaurationsejer Scott med at få livsglæden tilbage – og det inden midnat juleaften.
