Twenty years ago, after his wife gave birth to another man's baby, an alcoholic husband sought revenge by slicing off the child's face and throwing her tiny body in the swamp. Today, the locals say that the little girl never really died -- and that she aimlessly roams the forest looking for a pretty face to take for her own. Now, a family of campers who've come to the woods for the weekend are in for a gruesome surprise.

Une légende raconte qu'une jeune fille a survécu à son père qui, un jour de colère l'a défigurée et jetée dans un marécage. Depuis, elle erre dans les bois armée d'un couteau à la recherche d'un nouveau visage à arracher à ses victimes... Ce soir une famille partie camper dans ces bois va découvrir que ce conte n'est peut-être pas qu'une légende et va faire une rencontre cauchemardesque et fantomatique... Leur nuit va se transformer en véritable lutte pour sortir des bois et survivre... Qui perdra la face, qui la gardera ?
