I mean, the film wasn't great, but at first I was stunned by the surreal beauty that such a place exists, then filled with panic when they couldn't communicate with locals nor leave the island, but by the end--as the camera panned the lush island forests--I was horrified. I've traveled many places, but this film has pretty much ruined any desire to travel to Thailand! :)
