You've probably seen every single thing in this movie in any of dozens or maybe even hundreds of movies that riff on the idea of people stuck in a confined space, facing disaster, and no help is close at hand to rescue them.
Usually someone sacrifices themselves, or the crew argue about who is to be sacrificed. Invariably some catastrophe, usually caused by malice or incompetence. Someone will get blamed. Someone will do something heroic. There will be personality clashes as people crack under pressure.
Just tick the boxes and start filming.
Blows my mind that writers are paid good money for knocking out this sort of cliche filled, unoriginal rubbish.

This story was much better when it was called "The Cold Equations." (And I mean the short story and the Twilight Zone episode, not when it was bloated out to be a "movie.")
