Different voices actors for animated movies

Hi !
I was wondering if it was possible to add the voices actors from different country.
For ex with Luca there is Jacob Tremblay as the original voice. In France, in french, it is the voice of someone else (an actor named Aloïs le Labourier Tiêu)
Sorry if it is indicated somewhere but i didn't found the answer. Thanks for the help

TMDB only uses the original cast, see below from the 'contribution bible'.
"We only support the original cast.
We only support the original, non-dubbed cast for both live action and animation content."
