Thoroughly enjoyed this, Bohemian Rhapsody and The Dirt - all good fun (not 100 percent accurate) biopics of legendary musicians released this year... So who is next? Or more, who would you want to see next? I think one on David Bowie might be fun... Maybe mix in a bit of a fantasy element (esp with the Ziggy Stardust era)...

See, I thought of Michael Jackson... Lends itself to the fantasy element as well, but nothing much happened between all the nonce business and him dying so it would have to end in the early 90s or end on a dark note...

David Bowie would be a great one and I'd definitely like to see that happen.
Considering my username this would prob seem an obvious choice but how about The Rolling Stones?

Yeah, I think they're about legendary enough to warrant a movie biopic...! Love their music, but I really don't know much about their story... Good shout

The Bob Dylan one was "I'm Not There"... Nice idea having Amanda Seyfried as Zev... I don't know much about him... just that Werewolves of London song... Don't know who Carrot Top is though...

Haven't seen that, but wasn't it a documentary? I'm thinking more bios with actors...

This would be GREAT, as back in the day I idolized this man's music (Thriller Album mannnn...), BUT, I think some of the recent accusations (and HBO's Leaving Neverland didn't help) make it a sensitive subject and I can see people picketing outside theaters...that needs to die down a bit first! The man was a legend and deserves a well made movie!
