Decent production values, a guy gets his face ripped in half, not sure where their notions of what futuristic cars are supposed to look like came from, but... ok! It had its moments. It didnt go all happy ending on me or anything, and that always works.

Leigh Whannell knows his way around low budgets...'Saw' was made for a mill & 'Insidious' for $1.5 mill...I'm not surprised!

The world building they did was fantastic! The character building def could have used some help. But its still impressive for the budget they had. grin

Agreed, the movie definitely looked MORE expensive! Probably helped no A-list stars were in it...probably hurt the box office a little, but it was still a great little flick!

I enjoyed it. I hadn't seen a interesting Sci-fi movie in a long while...regardless of it's projection values.

What do you mean no A-list stars? What about... Holy shit, that's not Tom Hardy?

I liked it.

I was thinking the whole time that it was the most fucked up future society in a scifi movie I've ever seen. If technology goes that far and in that direction, what the hell is worth living for at all? The chip BTW was totally spaced out. Too much really. Otherwise it was quite enjoyable.

Most impressive. I liked it. Cult Sci Fi probably.

Great dystopic sci fi flick! And I think this actor was a much greater looking than Tom Hardy (he has that awful kissy-mouth going on)

I liked it. The world they created reminded me of the newer Deus Ex games. I haven't played the original game.

Loved it.

Considering this seemed to be getting a lot of attention and buzz when it was released in cinemas, I'm shocked it only made $11 million in the US. It felt like it was doing a lot better.

Hell, a cinema ticket almost costs that much these days.

Prices are coming down now its only a fiver now at my local vue
