I've certainly seen worse, but this horror movie makes the same big mistake a lot of recent horror movies make: we DO NOT want to see the killer get away with it. That's not cool or edgy in any way, it's just frustrating because as boring as this movie was, I might have at least given it a pass had the mother and son managed to murder the hell out of the intruder. Catharsis is a HUGE part of what makes horror movies so much fun.

I don't pay to watch a Bond film to see Blofeld win and I don't pay to see horror movies to watch the innocent people get killed. With very few exceptions like The Omen or Saw, having the killer win is an automatic fail for me.

Hardly, that one's got 8.3 on imdb and 7.4 on tmdb. Besides, its a series. But thanks for the heads-up. Now I'm not going to waste my time with that.

Corrected my spell mistakes there. The mobile SwiftKey keyboard can when set on the wrong language almost turn the text into something different.

But I just gotta say, it's much much worse than you'd ever think. This movie is like it's done just to irritate you beyond sanity. They actually make a good start in it, creepy at places, so one start to think that, ok, it's one of those low budget horror flicks with some crazed murderer and in the end it's gonna end quickly, there will be a stand-off and you'll yawn and that's all. But it's actually way worse than that. What actually happens here is that you'll just sit there, stare and just "huh, wtf was that??? Wait wait... whats going on here, was it a cut for commercial or what?" You will not be given one single clue to anything in the end. Hundreds of loose ends and then just.. Nothing. It's like their last cents to buy camera film just didn't make it. Or that the editor lost the whole ending during a night out at the bars.

Seen a lot of low budget crap in my days, but this just takes it all. At least from my experience.

But I do believe you about "The Room".

It is a completely idiotic movie and a total waste of time, though.

It is not meant to be clever I think, its just a way to express that it is lost time, and time unfortunately enough, cannot be redeemed.

I can accept crap movies to a certain degree, that's the price to pay to find the unusual stuff, but this junk is an insult to the audience.
