Original title should be French

This is a French movie, the original title should be in French (Histoire d'O). Since this item is locked, I can't change it myself.

Because it's a French/German production, shot in French. The actors speak French, the English version is dubbed. Isn't that the meaning of "Original title", the title in the country of origin?

That's usually true, but France and Germany are known to produce content in English. In some rare cases, the local title is different from the original title.
