Somewhat static story set in a submarine focussing on (what else) a good guy betrayed by a bad guy. Why there would be one woman in a sub full of men I have no idea apart from the eye candy - two women young enough to be Van Damme's grand daughters as his love interests - both looked like plastic dolls with ever open mouths. Dolph Lundgren made a somewhat brief appearance - proving once again that just because you're very intelligent it doesn't mean that you can act - he's likeable enough though. This movie consisted of nothing much more than violence and gunfights - and will probably sink without trace.
