Джулио е 17-годишно момче от заможно семейство, изпратен да учи в елит колеж в Алпите. На изолираното място правилата повеляват връзката с външния свят да се сведе до минимум. 17 years-old Giulio is sent by his mother to a boarding school for difficult offspring of rich families. The institution is sort of a “golden prison”, isolated in the Alps, to which inadequate parents delegate the task of educating the ruling class of the future. In this cold and ghastly place the boys are cut off from everything. Adhering to the strict rules of the boarding school is hard, but Giulio finds a good friend in Edoardo, who is maybe a little crazy, but who seems the smartest of all. They find out that security becomes more relaxed at night and they start running away to a nightclub in the middle of the woods. There they meet Elena, a young prostitute whose destiny will be unforgettably linked to theirs. The night is a space of freedom, of new and perturbing experiences for Giulio and Edoardo. But what they don’t know is that their transgressions are part of the educational program of the school.

Giulio, un jeune garçon, issu d’une famille riche est envoyé dans un internat par sa mère qui veut le rendre plus mature et moins dépendant d’elle. Dans cette prison dorée, il va découvrir d’autres jeunes issus de sa condition obligés de répondre aux exigences de cette école qui va les préparer à reprendre la fortune de leurs parents. Il rencontre Eduardo, en totale rébellion , qui va l’amener aux confins de ses limites.

Dopo l'ennesima bravata, il sedicenne Giulio (Vincenzo Crea), che è un ragazzino allampanato, timido ed emotivamente fragile, viene spedito dalla madre in un collegio d'élite, una fucina di "futuri dirigenti" camuffata da castello asburgico arroccato tra le Alpi. Si accorge presto che è un ambiente freddo e ostile, abitato da rampolli fasciati in pullover stemmati e insegnanti che tuonano rimproveri in continuazione; una scuola con un sistema educativo che rasenta la disciplina militare, con internet imbavagliato, mezz'ora di telefonata al giorno, e frequenti episodi di "nonnismo" patiti in silenzio dagli sprovveduti studenti più giovani.

Siedemnastoletni Giulio (Vincenzo Crea) pochodzi z zamożnej rodziny. Pewnego dnia zostaje wysłany do położonej w Alpach ekskluzywnej szkoły z internatem. W placówce panuje surowa dyscyplina, a starsi uczniowie znęcają się nad młodszymi kolegami. Giulio zaprzyjaźnia się ze zbuntowanym Edoard (Ludovico Succio), z którym coraz częściej wymyka się do nocnego klubu. Pewnego dnia chłopcy poznają tam prostytutkę Elenę (Yuliia Sobol) i zakochują się w niej.
