I believe that this is a three part series of short films (each around 45 minutes) that was released weekly in late April and early May 1954.

If I'm not mistaken, it was decided a while ago that old Japanese films who are released in such a format should be added as a single entry. We have similar guidelines for theatrical films split in multiple parts and American film serials.
