L'empresari el convenç perquè vagin a Hollywood i hi presenta el goril·la com a "Míster Joseph Young d'Àfrica". Obté un gran èxit com a atracció d'un club nocturn, però alguns espectadors desaprensius emborratxen el goril·la, cosa que dóna lloc a una sèrie de conflictes.
