The Timekeeper has invented the world's first functional time machine and sends his sidekick, a flying robot named 9-Eye, on an excursion through time from the prehistoric age of the dinosaurs to fantastic cities of the future. Along the way 9-Eye kidnaps Jules Verne and hears Mozart with his first composition, watches Leonardo da Vinci paint a masterpiece, takes a bobsled ride down a mountain, and meets fellow inventor H.G. Wells.
