filmstars is not the official german distributor - more like another database, and they always all disagree (kino.de has: Wall Street - Geld schläft nicht Film (2010) · Trailer · Kritik · KINO.de, and ofdb.de has OFDb - Wall Street - Geld schläft nicht (2010)) so if it's locked, I assume it's A-Okay! :)
But, for searching purposes it doesn't matter if it's a dash, a colon, a dot, an empty space, or whatever. If you prefer colons over dashes, feel free to override it in your mediasystem.
Here's a FOX trailer titling it with a dash though:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWVlb30ZWwg
This cinema has it with a dash too: https://cinemaxx.de/freiburg/kinoprogramm/archiv/wall-street-geld-schlaeft-nicht/18578
So I'm leaning towards the dash, personally.

I don't think a rating company is valid for a title change, as they have nothing to do with the film.
But let's see what other think.

I think it can stay as it is, I'm with Marr it doesn't matter for searching here and many german sites use the title as it is here as well
