Discuss Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny

If you do a google image search for "Indiana Jones 5" a fan made poster comes up titled "Indiana Jones and the Sunken City of the Devil's Triangle". That got me thinking of what an Indiana Jones story involving the Bermuda Triangle could be like. I enjoyed Kingdom of the Crystal Skull's story a lot and hope Indy 5 has a surprise with something even more extraordinary. By the way for those who didn't agree with introducing Aliens in an Indy film: the Ancient Aliens theory goes well together with pagan religions and the belief of "Gods in the sky". It made perfect sense to adapt this story in a film about an archaeologist who is fluent in ancient religious, occultism studies.

I think everyone has a wish list for what the fifth Indy film, if it ever happens, focuses on. For me, I'd like to see Indiana Jones and the Fountain of Youth. Not because I'd like to see a de-aged Harrison Ford, because I wouldn't, but because it would allow the filmmakers to acknowledge the age of its hero and allow him to address his own mortality. I think the Fountain is a fantastic macguffin, something that men have sought for literally thousands of years, and would make a great excuse to go globe-trotting. (I know they kind of poked at this with the Holy Grail, but it ended up just being some "super healing water" and little else.)

I don't think anyone believes there would ever be an Indiana Jones 6, so my hope is that Spielberg (without Lucas's involvement, but hopefully Darabont's) can restore legitimacy to the franchise one last time. I want practical effects! I want a REAL Marion Ravenwood one last time! I don't want ANY Shia! I'd love to see Indiana pass his hat to the next generation! And I'd like to see charming Harrison Ford one last time.
