I liked the story and that it was based on real life, the performances were good and overall it was worth a watch. I thought it was a little dry though, verging on boring. It maybe could have done with focusing more on the characters like his first wife etc.

There are massive issues beneath the surface, not the least of which was the tidal change in American society, yet hardly any of that shines through what is essentially a docudrama. A lot of wasted potential to make something transcendent of the truish story. Performances were solid, but it was weak and not at all surprisingly it was barely (and belatedly) released in theaters.

This film was much better than I thought it would be.

I passed on it during the theatrical release, only renting it on a whim at the local video store months later.

I was pleasantly surprised. Michael Keaton has always been good at playing weasel-ish characters, and he is no exception here.

I'd give the film a 3.5 out of 5, overall.

This movie has started many conversations between myself and others-- these others being mostly conservative and very "pro-business" --about whether Ray Kroc's actions were totally wrong or somewhat justified.

I myself am conflicted on the issue-- but a good film; makes you think.

Blew my mind in the beginning, but I agree, about in the middle was when I started to get restless and little bored. Acting was almost superb and scenes give out much. Keaton does a great job in this one and I found it to be very interesting. Not for everyone but I enjoyed it. As a movie, could it be better? Of course . Some quick changes and an unnecessary plot (the one with his wife in my point of view) don't allow the movie to get far on the awards season, but it is definitely a good movie and the message is what it is the most important thing

This was a good film about capitalism. Not as epic as There Will Be Blood, but nonetheless a solid depiction of the dog-eat-dog world of big business. Micheal Keaton gave an excellent performance, at times humorous, at times sympathetic, at times just cutthroat.

Pretty good but had it's problems as mentioned above. The end of the old mom and pop type business and the start of the soon to be global behemoth. Which would lead to other issues. Always good to see a film about something that can lead to discussions. I would love to see a film made about Joan Kroc one day.

I enjoyed it too.
